Since 1992, the owner of Premier Building and Remodeling, Ken Simon, has built a reputation for quality and a high level of craftsmanship. He is eager to continue to build upon that with Executive Home Repair, the newest division of Premier Building and Remodeling.

Ken loves listening to a client wants and needs and then exceeding their expectations with a smooth process, a clean job site, and excellence in the finished project.

Outside of work, Ken recognizes the importance of being physically active.  He says, "I’ve been athletic all my life and am always looking to step up my level of fitness!" In his free time, loves sports, horseback riding, golfing, and boating.

Tony Dixon

Owner

When Tony retired from his career as a public safety officer, he knew he wanted to serve others in an active way. Because of his experience with building, he was eager to begin working with Ken four years ago and has since become a partner in the company.  

Working with people so closely is ideal for Tony. He enjoys interacting with a multitude of both people and projects and says regularly that he enjoys “doing the right thing for the right people.”

Tony lives this out in his unique ability to listen to a customers vision, design the plans they need, and turn their plan into something tangible.

Outside of work, Tony likes to maintain an active, social lifestyle. He enjoys golfing, boating, and just generally enjoying time in the fresh air with good company.

Joel Oele

EHR Division Manager, Licensed Builder

Joel greatly enjoys the variety of work he receives from Executive Home Repair. As a licensed builder, he thrives on undertaking a variety of tasks and leaving a job knowing that he’s helped someone accomplish the to-do list that's been hanging over them. Because he often deals with smaller issues that are pushed off, it’s nice to take pride in knowing that he leaves a home with less on its plate than when he entered.

For Joel, work isn’t just something he does to pay the bills, it’s a hobby as well. He greatly enjoys what he does and spends time outside of work creating home projects. Beyond that, Joel enjoys time with his 3 kids, particularly in their various sports. They enjoy spending family time on the football and baseball fields.
